Jujhar Mann is a chef, artist, and storyteller, bringing together flavors, cultures, and craftsmanship to create stunning cakes and desserts. His journey began with a deep love for baking and a curiosity for how food can bring people together. What started as a passion soon turned into a career, one that led him from watching baking competitions on TV to competing on them himself.
Trained under world-renowned pastry chefs Amaury Guichon in Las Vegas and Jean Michel MOF in Paris, Jujhar refined his skills in high-level pastry artistry. Drawing from his South Asian heritage, French techniques, and North American influences, he founded Mann & Co Bakeshop, a place where tradition meets modern indulgence.
At its heart, Jujhar’s work is about more than just desserts, it’s about creating experiences, sparking inspiration, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with cake.

Through Mann & Co Bakeshop, Jujhar has built more than just a business, he has created a space where tradition, creativity, and innovation come together. His dedication to quality and artistry was recognized when Mann & Co Bakeshop was awarded the Canadian Choice Award for Best Bakeshop in Surrey (2025).
In addition, Jujhar was honored with the Sikh Heritage Award for Community Changemaker, celebrating his efforts in breaking barriers and uplifting others in the industry.
